About Me.
I began my journey in the food industry at a young age, inspired by my parents, who were part of the Boomer generation and owned small businesses. Working alongside my father in his convenience store and bagel shop, witnessed the evolution of the restaurant scene as larger franchises began to dominate American malls and street corners. My passion for food and the vibrant industry around me fueled my desire to dive in.
After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University, I initially ventured into Wall Street with Deutsche Bank, but my passion for food never faded. I took a leap of faith and bought my first restaurant, a Pizzeria, in Southern California, which led to the successful expansion into a bar and eventually seven restaurants, 1 Pizzeria, 6 Dickeys BBQ Pit's and a Bar.
With a wealth of experience from the highs and lows, I'm here to share my insights and help you thrive in this dynamic world of food. Let's embark on this journey together!
